5. Carbon Credit Transactions

All Carbon Credit transactions are final.
Once credits are transferred, retired,
or registered on a blockchain or registry,
the transaction cannot be reversed.

6. Digital Asset Transactions

Customers are responsible for verifying wallet addresses
and transaction details before sending payment.

ETM is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Incorrect wallet addresses
• Lost private keys
• Unauthorized wallet access
• Blockchain network failures

7. Fraud Prevention

ETM reserves the right to delay,
reject, or cancel transactions
suspected of fraud, money laundering,
or unauthorized activities.
