Due to their nature, most sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Digital Tokens and Blockchain Assets
  • Digital Documents and Downloadable Products
  • Consulting and Verification Services
  • Customized Carbon Project Development Services
  • Online Courses and Digital Educational Materials

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment caused by system error.
  • Incorrect product or service delivered by ETM.
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased digital products.
  • Other circumstances reviewed and approved by ETM management.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within
7–14 business days after approval.
Transaction fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable.

5. Carbon Credit Transactions

Carbon credit transactions are irreversible after transfer, retirement,
or registration on any blockchain or registry platform.
ETM does not accept returns or refunds for completed carbon credit transactions.

6. Blockchain and Digital Assets

Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain.
Users are responsible for verifying wallet addresses and transaction details before submission.
